Shipping Policy

 

For products in stock in Spain available with 24/48h shipping

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day and you will receive them in 3 days. -5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Additionally, you can select the Express Shipping method. In this case, the shipment will be delivered on the next business day. 

The courier company used is GLS.

 

For custom made products

Orders are manufactured within 3 to 5 working days in our international workshop and then we will send them to your home so that you receive them within a total period of approximately 2 to 3 weeks. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the product has left the teller.

  • If you do not live on the peninsula, the package will first arrive at our warehouse in Lloret de Mar (Girona), and from there we will forward it to your address. Do not be surprised if you see the tracking as delivered in Lloret de Mar and you live outside the peninsula.

Pintar Números will not assume responsibility for delivery delays caused by the transport companySince these companies are independent entities, we have no control over their operations, route management, or workforce efficiency to ensure on-time deliveries. However, we want to emphasize that only a small percentage of shipments may experience logistical issues. 

It is the customer's responsibility to check the tracking information and ensure that the package can be received correctly. Otherwise, we recommend putting an address with a reception or concierge. 

If you wish to make a change to the delivery address, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Important: if the order is returned due to an error attributable to the customer (incorrect address when placing the order, failure to answer the delivery driver's calls, absence from the address, or failure to collect it on time from the courier's office), we can send it again but You will have to pay the cost of that new shipment (€9)If you prefer a refund, We will have to deduct the shipping and handling costs for the product being returned (€12). Customized kits are non-refundable.
