Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping from our fulfilment centre which aims to deliver within 10-15 working days over all Europe and the US.

For orders over €45 we offer free shipping. 

Once the order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

Please note that whilst the couriers do regularly attempt delivery on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. Please keep monitoring your tracking information to get the most up-to-date estimate for delivery date. 

If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched. Please get in touch immediately to see whether this is possible. We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a €10 charge. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you don't receive your tracking information or you think that your order may be missing or lost, please get in touch with our Customer Service team and we'll update you on your order's status.
