For products in stock in Spain available with Express Shipping

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 pm, will be shipped on the same day and received within 3-5 working days.

For orders made on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

 

For on-demand and customized products

Orders are manufactured within 3-5 working days in our international workshop and then we will send them to your home to receive them in a total period of approximately 2-3 weeks.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the product has left the teller.

 

Pintar Numeros will not assume responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the transport company. Since these companies are entities independent of us, we have no influence over their operations, route control, or labor efficiency to ensure specific deliveries. However, we want to emphasize that it is only a small part of the shipments that may suffer from logistical problems.

It is customer's responsibility to review the tracking information and make sure the package can be received correctly. Otherwise, we recommend putting an address with reception or concierge.

 

In case you want to make a change in the delivery address, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Important: If the order is returned due to error attributable to the customer himself (erroneous address when placing order, do not respond to the delivery person's calls, absence of address, or do not pick it up in time from the courier office), we can send it again but you will have to pay the cost of this new shipment (€ 7). If you prefer a refund, we will have to deduct the shipping and management costs for having returned the product (€ 12).

Customized kits are non-refundable.
