Changes, Returns and Cancellations

RETURN POLICY

You have a deadline of30 daysNatural from receipt of your order to make any return.

When you receive your order, we recommend that you verify its contents. If you are not satisfied or detect any defect, please contact us via our support email, and we will tell you how to proceed.

It is essential to take into account the following:

  • Make sure the product is complete, in optimal conditions (unused brushes, unopened paints, etc.) and in its original packaging.

  • The responsibility for the product to arrive in perfect condition rests with you; therefore, it confirms that the shipment is traceable, as we do not assume responsibility in case of loss.

  • Customized kits cannot be refunded or exchanged,Unless they are defective.

Once we receive and examine your return, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and approval of the refund if the above conditions are met. The refund will be made by the original payment method, and the receipt period will be 4-7 working days, depending on your bank or payment method.

The shipping cost is non-refundable and you must bear the cost of shipping to our facilities.

Important:Avoid refusing delivery of your order. In case the damaged package is delivered, accept it, take pictures and contact us.

In case of rejection of delivery:

  • For international orders from the factory, recovery is impossible, since when returned to China, it is a complicated process and it rarely reaches us back to the factory, in addition to the fact that the control of the return is extremely complicated and rarely arrives in good condition. In this scenario, it will not be possible to refund or issue a new order at no cost.

  • For orders from our warehouse in Lloret de Mar, in case of rejection, Correos Express will charge us an additional charge for the return, which we will transfer to your account. This amount must be paid to resend the product or will be deducted from the refund to be processed.

If for some reason youOrder is lost in transit, We will issue a full refund or reproduce the kit free of charge.

Do you have an order with defective items?

If youItem is defective(E. g. broken canvas), we will offer you a replacement at no cost or refund the order amount.


* Clearly indicate what's wrong with the item or items. Items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, after which a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be extended for orders in which the buyer is not guilty.

Note: An item is considered defective when the failure prevents using the product or completing the final paint. For example, a torn canvas, filtered paint or a damaged frame during transportation can be considered damaged products. If the canvas has small dents due to transportation, they can normally be fixed by ironing it or stretching it. We will assess these cases and decide whether a replacement/refund should be granted.

If your kit was shipped in a box and the box is damaged, this is not considered a reason to claim a refund.

If some of the numbers are not clearly visible, we can provide you with a PDF guide so you can complete the painting.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12h hours after placing it.

Otherwise, we may have already shipped it and have no way to retrieve the item unless you wait for delivery and proceed with return.
