If you want to return any product you have purchased, make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging .

Please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility and that personalized kits cannot be returned as they are designed to order.

Our paint by numbers kits are the most complete and highest quality on the market.

All kits include:

- 40x50cm numbered canvas mounted on a frame

- Set of numbered paints to paint the entire painting

- Set of 3-4 brushes of different sizes

- Instructions and reference sheet

- Varnish

- Kit to hang the painting + level to hang it straight

All of our kits include all the paint you will need to complete the entire painting.

If for any reason you run out of paint within the 100-day guarantee we offer, we will without problem send you the paint you need to finish the painting.

If more than 100 days have passed, you will have to buy a new set of paints.

All our canvases measure 40x50cm or 30x30cm and come already framed .

We want to ensure that every customer can have the best possible experience painting by numbers even without experience. For this reason, we have opted for a higher quality product that is already framed, to prevent you from receiving wrinkled, thin canvases without the necessary material to frame them correctly, which would distort your entire experience.

In order to ensure that we can achieve the best result by adapting your photo to paint by numbers and that you are satisfied, it is important that:

- The image has good quality/resolution (we recommend a minimum of 1000x1000 pixels)

- The closer the subject is to the camera, the more details we can capture. That is why we recommend that the subject occupy at least 70% of the image . Avoid photos where the subject or faces are too far away as the details will not be visible.

- Avoid photos that contain filters , that are taken in backlight or that do not have good lighting .

We accept most cards , as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay .

All of our promotional codes must be 100% applicable.
