If you order a product that is not currently in stock, we need to produce it, so delivery can take up to 14 working days.

In-stock products with fast shipping are marked on our website with a Ships in 24 h label.

If you can't see this label on the product page, the item is not in stock and we will produce it for you.

Once your order has been paid, we'll email the tracking number to the address you used to place the order.

Every kit includes

- 40x50 cm numbered canvas mounted on a wooden frame

- Hanging kit + spirit level to hang it straight

All our kits include all the paint you'll need to finish the whole painting.

If for any reason you run out within our 100-day guarantee, we'll happily send you the paint you need to finish it.

After 100 days, you'll need to buy a new paint set.

All our canvases measure 40x50 cm or 30x30 cm and come ready-mounted on a wooden frame.

We want every customer to have the best possible paint-by-numbers experience, even with no experience at all. That's why we chose a higher-quality, ready-mounted canvas, so you never receive a thin, creased canvas without what you need to frame it properly.

To get the best result when we turn your photo into a paint-by-numbers design, it's important that

- The image has good quality/resolution (we recommend at least 1000x1000 pixels)

- The closer the subject is to the camera, the more detail we can capture. We recommend that the subject fills at least 70% of the image. Avoid photos where people or faces are far away, as the details won't show.

- Avoid photos with filters, taken against the light or in poor lighting.

We accept most cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
