HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Make sure you provide your order number and the modification you want to make. Once the modification has been made, we will confirm it through the same communication channel that you have used to contact us.
Modifications or cancellations are not supported after the order has already been shipped. In such cases, the full refund may be made by subtracting the shipping costs.
Second time resend shipments lose the right to 100% free refund. In such cases, the costs of all shipments related to that order will be deducted from the total refund.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.-Only items purchased directly from Painting Numbers will be accepted®. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.
2.-Items returnedMust be unused, Under the same conditions we send them to you andIn its original packaging intact. For this, the use of some type ofProtective packing(Polyethylene bag, kraft paper, bubble, etc.) in case of not being able to reuse the original protective packaging.
3.-Stain, damage of any kind, unsealing, folded cards, broken seals, broken plastic sheet will not be accepted. If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable according to conditions, we reserve the right not to refund or change the item.
3.-The products that have beenCustomized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, improperly purchased products already shipped and products damaged through mishandling or negligence by customers.
4.1-The right to withdrawalWill be valid for 14 days after the arrival of the product. In this case, the refund will proceed d100% of the amount after we arrive and the returned item has been evaluated. The consumer and user will have to assume the cost of the return and damage of the goods in those cases of withdrawal in which the product that is returned to us is not acceptable (according to conditions) or is sent to us from outside Spain (Peninsula).
