Legal basis Raffles, Contests and Promotions

BASE LEGAL GENERAL

FIRST. - Free of charge: The draws and contests that are carried out in Pintar Números, they will ALWAYS be free.

SECOND.– Duration: In each draw or contest that is carried out, Pintar Números will indicate in the corresponding entry, the start and end date of the same, or in these same policies.

THIRD. - Territorial scope: Unless otherwise provided, the raffles and contests will be held and will have their effects on an international level.

QUARTER. - Personal scope of the promotion: Profiles, blogs, and similar programs dedicated exclusively to professional or mass-market sweepstakes and contests may not participate in the aforementioned raffle.

FIFTH.– Objective scope: Each contest and/or raffle will specify the number of prizes up for grabs, as well as any special features that may be present.

SIXTH.– Data Protection: The personal information provided by participants will be treated in accordance with the requirements of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, LOPD, and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Pintar Números does not sell, rent, or make available to third parties the personal data provided by participants. The winners agree that Pintar Números publish their names and, if applicable, the name and link to their website or blog or social network. Pintar Números reserves the right to verify the veracity of the data provided before proceeding with the awarding of prizes.

SEVENTH.– Mechanics: Winners will be randomly selected from among all those who participated correctly. (rafflecopter, random.org, sortea2, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, etc.).

Under no circumstances will organized and professional participation be permitted that jeopardizes the objectives of the promotion and the equal conditions of the participants. A minimum of 4,000 participants is established for each sweepstakes and/or contest; otherwise, the sweepstakes and/or contest will be eliminated or its deadlines, prizes, or conditions will be modified.

The winner will be announced on the blog and/or in the header of these policies and/or to their email and/or our social profiles within a maximum period of 7 days from the end of the same.

The winner will have to contact us by email at [redes@pintarnumeros.com], with Pintar Números To claim your prize, if you do not do so within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn by default, except in those draws or promotions that indicate different conditions in their exclusive policies.

EIGHTH.– General:

  • Participation in this raffle implies the full and total acceptance of these Policies by the participants.
  • Pintar Números reserves the right to cancel the draw and/or contest at any time, for reasons that justify it.
  • Pintar Números is not responsible for the loss or damage of copies once they have been sent, whether by mail or any courier service.
  • Pintar Números reserves the right to exclude fraudulent participants or those whose conduct makes it justifiably advisable.
  • Pintar Números reserves the right to modify these Policies if deemed necessary.
  • Financial Limit: The maximum cost per prize will be indicated for each sweepstakes, contest, or promotion. Otherwise, the maximum total cost per prize will be €30.
  • Minimum Participation: The minimum number of participants required for each sweepstakes, contest, or promotion will be indicated. Otherwise, a minimum of 4,000 participants will be required. If participation falls below this limit, the sweepstakes, contest, or promotion will be suspended by default, unless the exclusive legal terms and conditions of the sweepstakes, contest, or promotion state otherwise.
