How to choose a good photo?

Follow our tips when uploading your photo!

If you can't follow these steps exactly, don't worry! Our team reviews all orders and photos as they arrive. If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know the same day we receive your order and help you choose a more suitable one.

Advice:

  • Use portrait photos of maximum 2 -3 people to avoid losing detail of the faces.
  • The closer the subject is to the camera, the easier it will be to capture image details. 
  • Take the photo in natural light and do not use flash.
  • Make sure the photo is not blurry or shaky.
  • Avoid having shadows on the subjects' skin.
