If you select the preview option when placing your order, we'll email you the final design so you can review it and give us your approval before we begin production.

Please note: In this case, we won't start manufacturing your kit until you confirm your request, so this could add a couple of days to the initial manufacturing and delivery time depending on how long it takes you to respond to us.

How to choose a good photo?

Follow our tips when uploading your photo!

If you can't follow these steps exactly, don't worry! Our team reviews all orders and photos as they arrive. If your photo does not meet our criteria, we will inform you on the same day of receiving the order and help you choose a more suitable one.

Tips:

  • Use portrait photos of a maximum of 2-3 people to avoid losing detail on the faces.
  • The closer the subject is to the camera, the easier it will be to capture the details of the image.
  • Take the photo in natural light and do not use flash.
  • Make sure the photo is not blurry or shaky.
  • Avoid shadows on the subjects' skin.
