MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TIME
Creating the perfect paint by numbers is not an easy task.
The process goes from reviewing your photograph and designing the numbered outline, printing it and mounting it on the frame, to choosing by hand the boats with the optimal colors for your design.
The total time we need for this entire process of designing, manufacturing and shipping your personalized kit is as follows:
📦 NATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Spain Peninsula: 10-12 business days
- Balearic and Canary Islands: 12-15 business days
📦 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Europe: 10-12 business days
- North America and Canada: 10-12 business days
- South America: 15-25 business days
How does the customization process work?

1) Choose the photo you would like to paint
Add it to your by pressing the "Choose image" button that you will find above.
We suggest that you follow the recommendations in our photo guide so that you have a perfect kit.

2) Our designer team will review the photo
We meticulously review all photos before proceeding to manufacturing.
Don't worry, if the photo is not the most appropriate, we will contact you to help you find one that may look better.

3) We will manufacture your custom design
We will print the custom design onto the ready-to-paint canvas and package it together with a unique paint set optimized for your kit and all other supplies and accessories.

4) We check that everything is perfect and we send it to your home!
