🏭 Our warehouses are spread all over the world. We generally give priority to the warehouse closest to you for shipping, but because the inventory in each of our warehouses is very small, when the warehouse closest to you is out of stock, we will choose other warehouses. Some may come from United States, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc., and normally we will prepare and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.

For custom kits, processing time can be up to 10 - 15 days as they are more labor intensive and custom made just for you.

🌍 Delivery times depending on shipping area:


  • SPAIN : 2-3 days on average (For the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 3 to 5 days more).
  • UNITED STATES : 10 - 15 days on average
  • EUROPE : between 10-15 days on average
  • CANADA : 10 -15 days on average
  • AUSTRALIA : 10-25 days on average
  • ALL OTHERS: 20 to 40 days on average

🌪️ Special circumstances such as Black Friday, Local Holidays or Christmas may cause specific delays.

Shipping FAQs

Why did I only receive part of the order?
📦 We ship our items from multiple locations, so orders containing multiple items may arrive separately and have slightly different shipping times.

❓ Why did I receive two different tracking numbers?
📦 Since we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.

❓ Why isn't my tracking information updated?
📦 Don't worry, this is completely normal! When your order is in transit and moving between different countries, tracking updates are very slow.

As soon as the item arrives in the destination country and is delivered to the local transport company, you will receive updates about your order again.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?

📦 Our prices include all costs except for destinations outside of Spain (Peninsula) where you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order in your country, although this rarely happens.

We are not responsible for any delays or costs caused by and associated with your country's customs department. (For detailed information on charges, please contact your local customs office.)
