ALL OUR ORDERS INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER and NOTIFICATIONS OF THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
When will my order be processed and received?
USA, AUSTRALIA, FRANCE, ITALY, UK, PORTUGAL, AUSTRIA, GERMANY
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. (Spanish time) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
The shipping time will be between 2 and 8 days depending on the location of your home.
For personalized kits, the shipping time is somewhat longer since we must manufacture it to measure for you. The approximate delivery time is 10-12 business days.
SPAIN
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the same day, so you will receive them within 24-48 working hours after making the payment.
For custom kits and build-on-demand designs we will need a bit more lead time as they will be built exclusively for you. The manufacturing time is 2-3 working days and the shipping time is about 10 working days. We promise that the wait will be worth it!
The products that are in stock and have fast shipping can be quickly identified on the web with a label that says Shipping 24-48h.
SOUTH AND CENTRAL AMERICA
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. (Spanish time) will be processed and shipped the same day, except for custom kits, which have a preparation time of 3-4 business days.
In most destinations we have 2 shipping options:
- Express shipping with delivery in 3-5 business days
- Standard shipping with delivery in 20 business days
At check-out you can choose the option that best suits your needs
Keep in mind that in certain destinations, as well as in the personalized kits, only the standard delivery option will be available.
How can I track the order?
Once the order payment is made, we will send the tracking number of your order to the email with which you made the purchase.
In case you do not receive any email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can't find the tracking number, you can contact us either by phone or by email and we will help you.

Can I return the order?
You can return your order without problem.
Of course, please make sure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Send us an email to info@pintarnumeros.com indicating your order number and we will provide you with all the information so that you can return the product.
Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense and custom kits cannot be returned as they are custom designed especially for you.
Important: In case the customer makes a mistake that results in the return of the order (such as providing an incorrect address when making the purchase, a contact phone number that does not work, not being present at the address to receive it or not picking it up on time at the courier office), we offer the option to resend the order again, but the customer will have to cover the costs of the new shipment. In case you prefer a refund, the shipping and handling costs due to the return of the product will be deducted. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the tracking information and ensure that the package can be received correctly. Otherwise, we recommend providing an address with a reception or concierge service.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Our prices include all costs except for destinations outside of Spain (Peninsula) where you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order in your country, although this rarely happens.
We are not responsible for any delays or costs caused and associated with your country's customs department. For detailed information on charges, please contact your local customs office.
Can mix in the same order designs in stock and custom designs?
Of course! You just have to keep in mind that we usually send it in separate packages so that you can receive part of the package as soon as possible.
